In no particular order, here are some other wonderful practitioners serving the New Orleans community!

tyler st jean (she/her)

Tyler came to bodywork through yoga. Her Thai Yoga style is alignment based and therapeutic. It includes passive stretching, rocking, circling the joints and compression based massage done on the ground. The slow sinking pressure releases the tension and trauma stored in the fascia. These full body routines work the Sen lines (the Thai meridians) stimulating and detoxing the organs and energy body as well. Tyler sees clients our of her home where there are a dog and cats.

Amethyst starr (she/her)

Amethyst Starr is a practicing CMT in the New Orleans area. Graduating from the National Holistic Institute College of Massage Therapy in San Francisco in 2012, she has been administering massage and facilitating healing in her community for over 10 years. Fusing eastern and western modalities, Amethyst pulls  knowledge from Shiatsu, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and various Energy Work techniques to offer a unique and intuitive experience for each client. In her work she not only strives to deliver thorough and effective bodywork, but also creates a space for the central nervous system to regulate and release, allowing for the client’s own natural healing abilities to deep and reparative work. This is done by incorporating conscious guided breathing, aromatherapy, and sound healing. What she enjoys most about this work is the sense of true trust and communication between her and her clients where throughout the span of a session few words are spoken,
but the deepest and most authentic conversation unfolds. It is truly wonderous.
